Lucidus Names Grad Center Alum Senior Internet Strategy Consultant

Mike Hoefer, ISM 2000, has recently been appointed Senior Internet Strategy Consultant at Lucidus, a leading provider of internet application development and hosting services located in Keene, NH and serving clients throughout the country.

Says Lucidus President, Neil Giarratana, “Mike brings with him a ton of talent and experience in the web world.”

Prior of joining Lucidus, Mike was Web Marketing Manager at the international Markem Corporation. At Markem, he was involved with various projects such as internationalizing their websites, developing customer extranet and redesigning their employee intranet.  Mike has also been Director of Web Marketing role at The Hanover Insurance Group. With Hanover, Mike was involved with usability improvements to their agent extranet and the launch of several microsites for targeted marketing campaigns.

Thinking back on his time at the Grad center, Mike notes, “For me the Grad Center was about immersive learning, learning to work with teammates in a distributed manner and being inspired by great staff.”

Since 1997, the Marlboro College Graduate Center located at 28 Vernon Street in Brattleboro, Vermont has provided career-enhancing degree programs to working adults through online and weekend classes. Programs include management of information systems and technologies, healthcare administration, Internet engineering and an MBA in Managing for Sustainability.
