Lisa Sieverts
MSM Program Director - Lisa Sieverts
Lisa Sieverts is the owner of Facilitated Change, a consulting firm specializing in project management and training. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a global leader in the development of standards for the practice of project management. She worked for Hewlett-Packard in California and Idaho from 1990-2002. Lisa is currently the President of the Monadnock Region Chapter of the Project Management Institute (http://www.pmi-keene.org ). Lisa has been teaching at the Graduate Center since 2003, and has been MSM Program Director since 2006.

Barb Ackemann

As a public school teacher and librarian, Barb has been involved with the web for over 10 years.  A 2006 MSIT graduate of Marlboro College Graduate Center, she now runs her own web development company, IrisLines, LLC.   She helps her clients understand how they can use the web as more than a brochure and develops static as well as content management driven websites. At the Grad Center she teaches the Designing with Web Standards class.

Ronda Berntsen
Ronda Berntsen

Ronda Berntsen is a Leadership Coach and a Consultant who specializes in Management Development and Organizational Change. She has over twenty-five years of professional experience working in a variety of industries including healthcare, higher education, Bio-Tech manufacturing, retail and non-profits.

Peter Crowell

Peter is the founder of Context 360, Inc. Prior to founding the company; Peter held senior positions in various Fortune 500 companies. He was the SVP of Technology for the McGraw-Hill media companies, the CIO of CBS, Inc., the President of Chase Access Services a Chase Manhattan Bank, NA subsidiary, the Technology Architect for Chase Manhattan Bank, NA, and a Partner in CSC Consulting. He started his career as a computer programmer and moved into his first CIO position in 1976.
In 1998, after working on Web strategies at McGraw-Hill and CBS, he moved completely into the Web world when he founded and ran an Internet Systems Integration firm, Spider Partners, LLC. During that time he also acted as the President of an Internet community building company, UniverseONE, Inc.
An aggressive adopter of new technology to drive business results; Peter’s work is currently focused on Leading Corporate Performance Transformations by consultatively applying his broad experience. He typically does this utilizing the roles of strategist, mentor, coach, teacher, advisor, program designer and implementer.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University. He has held Chairman and President positions for the New York Chapter of the International Society for Information Management. He has taught courses in Information Technology Management, Business Strategy, Information Technology Strategy, eCommerce, Corporate Finance, and Process Reengineering in the MBA programs at Fordham University in New York City, Stevens Institute in New Jersey, and Metropolitan College in New York City.


Steve Fadden
Steve Fadden

Steve holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Psychology (Human Factors) with over 15 years of experience conducting cognitive psychology and human performance research and analysis. Research and applied interests include usability, human computer interaction, universal design, the role of attention and perception in training and performance, and the design of complex systems that promote positive user experience. His industry and consulting experience includes developing training and evaluating human performance in complex and high-risk domains, including aviation, financial management, safety and security, and intelligence analysis. Steve has worked for companies including Lockheed Martin, Intel, PeopleSoft, and Booz Allen
Hamilton, and currently serves as Director of the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training. He has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Cognitive and Experimental Psychology, Project Management, Learning Disabilities, and the use of eye movement measures in research and design.

Carol Forsythe
Carol has 18 years experience in business systems process design and implementation within a Fortune 50 services and software supply chain organization, as well as expertise in program and project management, business process specification and implementation, and information management. She is known as an effective operational and change manager and has a proven track record leading and facilitating cross-functional, international teams to exceed targeted business results; formulating and executing strategic plans to drive successful resolution of business challenges; fostering professional growth by mentoring team members; reducing operating costs by implementing state-of-the-art technology.  Carol currently works for Newsbank, inc. as a project manager.  She holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.


Jason Mark
Jason Marks

As the founder of Gravity Switch, an experienced web / multimedia design firm located in Northampton, MA., Jason understands how much the Internet affects today’s businesses. Having studied in France and Germany as well as in the United States, he benefits from a broad educational background. Jason received his undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Jason's graduate and post-graduate career are highlighted by his continued involvement in education and technology, designing and teaching several graduate level courses in Interactive Media and CD-ROM programming. The practical knowledge gained from managing Gravity Switch, helps provide the framework for his curriculum. Throughout his career, Jason has helped conceptualize, design and orchestrate numerous interactive and functional web design projects. Jason is known as a visionary, a strategic Internet consulting guru and a reliable expert who has a knack for transforming intangible concepts into concrete results.

Denise Mason
Denise is owner of Metamorphosis Marketing, a marketing consulting business she started upon graduating from the University of Massachusetts. She specializes in working with micro entrepreneurs, and teaches classes in business development, marketing and public speaking for various organizations in Massachusetts and Vermont. Denise is the Director of the Micro Business Development Program at Southeastern Vermont Community Action, Inc.

Craig Miskovich
Craig is currently an Associate attorney at Downs Rachlin Martin in Brattleboro, VT.
He earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, CT and his A.B. in History from Harvard College, Cambridge, MA.
